AGAP Suite is designed with the skillsets of social work and development practitioners in mind. Plus, the user-friendly and easy-to-navigate pages are developed in collaboration with licensed social workers. Hence, it would be easy for your staff—both veterans and newly hired staff—to learn the portal. In addition to this, availing of the system also includes an operational manual and training which can help you familiarize the system.
We don’t have a local MIS office, can we still avail? Also, we already have computers and laptops; what additional hardware do we need?
Absolutely! You don’t need to build a local MIS office to purchase our system. Through outsourcing, you can let our experts handle time- and resource-consuming tasks including maintaining the system and troubleshooting software issues via chat, phone, and email support. However, the technical and customer package is available as an optional add-on.
Our office already has its own local program or project, can this be included in the system?
A multiyear subscription to AGAP comes with standard updates for select national SWD programs. Nonetheless, local projects and programs can be included subject to assessment and compatibility.
We would like to add more systems in the other departments of our unit, can you develop?
